Greeters at Rhinory are the first and last points of contact for our guests once they arrive onsite. They’re incredibly important to our success and keep our operation running. They are part maître d’ and part concierge, but one-hundred percent committed to making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with warm Texas hospitality

• Guide guests through our experience offerings, providing details on type, duration, and cost

• Share our vision, passion, and commitment to saving Rhino’s around the world

• Develop relationships with guests, club members, and industry partners

• Use our reservation system to organize, assign, track, and report on daily reservations

• Answer incoming calls and address customers queries

• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment

• Complete opening, closing, and mid-shift duties as assigned

• Stock, organize, and inventory retail merchandise and retail wines

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends

• Hospitality experience preferred (we will train the right candidates!)

• Possess oral and written communications skills and technical ability to perform and manage assigned functions

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

• Weekends as needed
